Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement sent to: mail@outseam.shop. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The consumer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

If you return only part of your order, delivery charges are not refunded.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds are made using the original payment method.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.


Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be subject to a reduction in refund.


Hygiene-Sensitive Items

Certain items may be considered hygiene-sensitive. Such items may only be returned if unused and if the original protective packaging or seal has not been irreversibly opened or removed after delivery.

If a protective seal or hygiene packaging is introduced and has been opened in a way that compromises hygiene, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.


Defective or Incorrect Goods

Defective or incorrect goods are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Please contact us at mail@outseam.shop and we will assist you.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank or contact your payment provider before contacting us.
